About me
Deni Seagrave is the Director of Assessment and Accountability for Val Verde Unified School
District. With over 20 years of experience in education, she has served in various roles including
Elementary School Principal, Assistant Principal, Teacher on Special Assignment, and classroom
educator.
During her tenure as principal of Triple Crown Elementary, Deni led the successful
implementation of transformative programs such as AVID Elementary, STEAM Education, and a
Dual Language Immersion Program, enriching academic opportunities and fostering a rigorous
learning environment.
A dedicated member of ACSA, Deni has been recognized twice as Principal of the Year by
WRCASM. She has also been honored as Val Verde USD’s nominee for Riverside County’s
Principal of the Year and the Bilingual Educators Succeeding Together (BEST) Recognition
Program.
Deni is deeply passionate about integrating innovative systems and programs that actively
engage students, connect families to the educational process, and ultimately drive improved
student outcomes across all learning environments.
